1. Identification
The WebCard service is operated by EMPTYTROUBLES - Sistemas de Informação Lda, based in Portugal. By using this service, you accept these Terms of Service in full.
2. Service description
WebCard is a digital business card platform that allows creating professional profiles, sharing them via QR code, short link or NFC, and managing business teams. The service is provided as SaaS (Software as a Service).
3. User account
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your access credentials
- You must not share your account with third parties
- You must notify us immediately in case of unauthorised access
- You are responsible for all content published on your profile
4. Plans and payments
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually, as chosen. Payments are processed via Stripe. Prices include VAT at the applicable legal rate. You may cancel at any time; access is maintained until the end of the billed period.
5. Acceptable use
It is forbidden to use the service to:
- Publish illegal, defamatory content or content that infringes third-party rights
- Attempt unauthorised access to systems
- Spam or unsolicited commercial communications
- Resell or sublicense the service without express authorisation
6. Availability and support
We aim to maintain 99.5% availability. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability in case of scheduled maintenance or circumstances beyond our control. Support is provided through the channels available at empty.pt. empty.pt.
7. Applicable law
These terms are governed by Portuguese law. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of the Portuguese Republic.
